Structure and working principle:Bag filter is a pressure-type filtration device, mainly composed of filter cylinder body, filter cylinder cover, quick-opening mechanism, stainless steel filter bag reinforcing mesh and other main components. The filtrate flows into the filter bag through the side inlet pipe of the filter machine shell. The filter bag itself is installed in the reinforcing mesh basket. The liquid penetrates through the filter bag of the required fineness grade to obtain qualified filtrate, and the impurity particles are intercepted by the filter bag. This machine is very convenient for replacing filter bags and has almost no material consumption during filtration.

Bag filters have many advantages such as reasonable structure, good sealing performance, strong flow capacity and simple operation. Especially, the probability of side leakage of the filter bag is low, which can accurately ensure the filtration accuracy and quickly replace the filter bag, thereby reducing the operating cost. The inner and outer surfaces of the filter are treated with mechanical sandblasting and polishing, which is uniform and easy to clean. We know that the filtration method adopted by bag filters is the side-in and side-out method, or the side-in and bottom-out method can also be used. The liquid medium to be filtered is forced into or drawn into the bag filter barrel through the pressure in the pipeline. The liquid medium to be filtered is filtered by the filter bag supported by the electro-polished perforated filter blue, and the solid and liquid that have changed respectively reach the result of the liquid medium being filtered.
