This process is an aeration contact oxidation iron removal process. The sand particles in the raw water are separated and settled through a desander. The air compressor evenly injects air into the geothermal water through a titanium tube aeration device. V. Process Description
This process adopts a treatment flow of magnetization - aeration - manganese sand - activated carbon filtration, which can simultaneously remove iron and hydrogen sulfide, eliminate odors, and ensure that the effluent quality meets the standards for geothermal water. This project adopts a closed governance process, It can minimize heat loss to the greatest extent. Geothermal water is pumped into the titanium tube aeration device by a deep well pump, and air is evenly filled into it through an air compressor to initially oxidize and remove part of the hydrogen sulfide odor. The sand particles in the geothermal water are then settled through a desander. Subsequently, the water is mixed and reacted through a dissolved oxygen aerator, filtered by manganese sand, and adsorbed by activated carbon to remove iron and residual hydrogen sulfide odors from the water. The effluent that has been treated and qualified through the above process enters the water storage tank and then is directly pumped into the water supply pipeline by the water supply pump for use in the villa.
