The operation process for the maintenance of barrel water filling machine equipment
To ensure the smooth operation of the entire pure water equipment process and to guarantee production quality, it is necessary to regularly clean and maintain the equipment. In the daily production operation of bottled water, each technician should strictly follow the regulations in the equipment's maintenance manual. What seems like a simple maintenance actually has very strict rules and regulations.
Maintenance is also carried out in phases, including routine maintenance, regular maintenance (first-level, second-level, and third-level maintenance), and special maintenance (seasonal maintenance and out-of-service maintenance). The main purpose of these maintenance measures is to reduce the wear and tear of the components of the fully automatic filling machine, minimize the risk of failure, and extend the service life of the bottled water filling machine.
1Routine maintenance involves cleaning, lubrication, inspection and tightening. During and after the operation of the bottled water filling machine, routine maintenance should be carried out as required. Routine maintenance is independently completed by the operators of the bottled water filling machine.
2The first-level maintenance work in regular maintenance is carried out on the basis of routine maintenance. The work content includes lubrication, tightening, and inspection of relevant parts as well as cleaning. The first-level maintenance is guided by the mechanical team leader and completed by the mechanical operators. The secondary maintenance work in regular maintenance involves inspection and adjustment. The third-level maintenance in regular servicing involves inspecting, adjusting, eliminating potential faults and balancing the wear and tear of each component. It is necessary to conduct diagnostic tests and condition-based checks on the parts that affect the performance of the equipment and those showing signs of failure, and then complete the necessary replacement, adjustment and troubleshooting work. Third-level maintenance requires skilled warranty personnel to complete it with the aid of testing instruments and tools.
3Seasonal maintenance in special maintenance refers to the inspection and maintenance of components such as the fuel and lubrication system, hydraulic system, cooling system and starting system of packaging equipment before the onset of summer and winter each year. The off-service maintenance in special maintenance refers to the work that should be done when packaging equipment needs to be out of service for a period of time due to seasonal factors (such as winter break), including cleaning, refurbishment, matching, and anti-corrosion. Among the three maintenance tasks, only regular maintenance might be a bit more troublesome as it needs to be carried out at regular intervals. However, in order to ensure the orderly operation of production, good maintenance work is indispensable.
