The correct operation process of reverse osmosis pure water equipment

1Before starting the reverse osmosis pure water equipment, the operator should first be familiar with the names and functions of each instrument on the reverse osmosis main unit's electrical control panel, the installation positions of the instruments on the panel and the circuit diagram. If the reverse osmosis equipment is started for the first time, the drain valve on the outlet pipe of the activated carbon filter should be opened, and the drain outlet should be observed with the eyes. After confirming that there is no carbon dust in the water and the water quality is clean, the drain valve should be closed. Then open the drain valve at the bottom of the microporous membrane fine filter. After the water quality is clean, close the drain valve.

2Check whether all components of the pure water pretreatment equipment and the reverse osmosis main unit are normal, adjust the opening and closing states of each valve, and ensure the smooth flow of water during operation.

3Keep the inlet valve of the pressurized water pump open normally. Wait for a moment before opening the return valve of the bypass pipe of the water pump. The opening degree should be moderate.

4Close the control valve on the bypass pipe of the sand filter, and open the inlet valve and outlet valve of the sand filter. At the same time, close the control valve on the bypass pipe of the carbon filter, and open the inlet valve and outlet valve of the carbon filter.

5Keep the concentrated water regulating valve of the reverse osmosis main unit open and adjust the throttle valve after the high-pressure pump to a certain moderate state.

6Open the exhaust water valve at the top of the fine filter. After the water pressure of the equipment stabilizes, close the exhaust water valve.

7Close all four three-phase air switches and one single-phase air switch inside the low-voltage distribution device to supply power.

8Plug the power plugs of the sand filter, carbon filter and fully automatic water softener respectively into220VOn the socket, connect the power supply, and then adjust the controller to reach the operating state.

9Turn on the power switch on the electrical control panel of the reverse osmosis main unitOFF(Off) position rotationONIn the (open) position, when the power is connected, the inlet solenoid valve opens, and the pressurized water pump and the high-pressure water pump start simultaneously.

10When the power switch of the reverse osmosis main unit is turned on, the internal setting of the microcomputer controller will immediately open the flushing solenoid valve, and the reverse osmosis main unit will automatically flush. Each time the power is turned off or started, the automatic flushing is carried out once. When the power is turned off, the timing is cancelled and returns to zero. The next time it is started, the timing will be restarted.

11When the inlet water pressure of the equipment is lower than the set value of the low-pressure switch during operation, the low-pressure switch will act, and the microcomputer controller is internally set to shut down the high-pressure pump of the main unit. When the water pressure recovers, the high-pressure pump of the main unit starts automatically.

12After the main unit of the reverse osmosis pure water equipment is flushed, adjust the throttle valve after the high-pressure pump appropriately to ensure that the feed water pressure before the membrane does not exceed15kg/cm2. At the same time, adjust the concentrated water regulating valve to control the flow of pure water. After meeting the above conditions, the concentrated water regulating valve should be used in conjunction with the throttle valve of the high-pressure pump for adjustment to keep the equipment recovery rate within an appropriate range. At no time should the concentrated water regulating valve be closed; otherwise, the pressure of the reverse osmosis main unit will suddenly rise, causing damage to the equipment or endangering the operator's personal safety.
