Daily maintenance methods for reverse osmosis equipment in pure water processes
Reverse osmosis is an important part of the pure water treatment process. Reverse osmosis refers to a membrane separation technology that uses membrane pressure as the driving force. Reverse osmosis equipment is the product of membrane separation technology. After the raw water passes through fine filters, activated carbon filters, iron and manganese removal devices and other equipment, through the action of pumps, the reverse osmosis membrane is used to reduce the water concentration. At the same time, industrial pollutants, heavy metals, viruses and other harmful substances in the water quality are filtered out, making the water meet the physical and chemical indicators and hygiene standards for drinking.
Cleaning methods for reverse osmosis equipment in pure water processes
①Select the cleaning agent formula, prepare the cleaning solution in the cleaning water tank, circulate the cleaning solution with a pump, stir it well and set it aside.
②Close the inlet and outlet water valves and the discharge valve on the reverse osmosis device, and open the chemical cleaning inlet and outlet valves on the reverse osmosis device to form a circulating cleaning system.
③After connecting the cleaning pipeline, turn on the power switch of the cleaning pump and operate at the specified flow rate and pressure
④After the cleaning is completed, the residual liquid in the cleaning water tank should be drained completely, and water that meets the feed water standards of the reverse osmosis device should be injected for flushing under the same cleaning conditions. Or flush under conditions similar to low-pressure flushing with a raw water booster pump.
⑤After the flushing of each section is completed, low-pressure flushing and high-pressure operation are carried out in accordance with the prescribed operation mode. The produced water is discharged into the trench. Once the effluent quality meets the standards, it enters the product water tank.
⑥After the cleaning is completed, the chemical cleaning device should be thoroughly rinsed. It is strictly forbidden to place the cleaning filter, cleaning water pump and other equipment in an acidic or alkaline environment.
Precautions for cleaning reverse osmosis equipment in pure water processes
①When washing, the possible types of contaminants should be considered and an appropriate cleaning formula should be selected.
②AvailableNH4OHandH2SO4RegulationPHValue, attentionPHValue measurement must be accurate and reliable.
③When performing cleaning operations, protective measures should be taken, such as wearing protective glasses, gloves, shoes and clothing, etc.
④After the solid cleaning agent is fully dissolved, other chemical reagents should be added and thoroughly mixed before entering the reverse osmosis device.
⑤The cleaning pressure is0.15~0.3MpaThe cleaning time is2Hours.
⑥During the cleaning process, pay close attention to the temperature rise of the cleaning solution. Do not exceed the temperature limit35℃Observe the liquid level in the cleaning water tank and the color change of the cleaning solution. Replenish the cleaning solution if necessary.
⑦After the cleaning is completed, take the residual liquid for analysis to determine the types of contaminants, providing a basis for future cleaning.
Yuan LaiEDIThe ultra-pure water equipment uses electro-deionization technology.EDIElectrodeionization is a water purification method that combines the dual advantages of electrodialysis and ion exchange. It does not require acid-base chemical regeneration and can continuously and stably prepare high-purity ultrapure water. Under the action of a direct current electric field, ion separation in water is completed. At the same time, water is electrolyzed to generate hydrogen ions and hydroxide ions, achieving automatic regeneration of the resin without the need to stop the machine for manual regeneration. The pre-treatment combined with reverse osmosis can prevent oxidized substances from damaging the resin, ensuring stable effluent quality and widely meeting the high-standard water usage requirements of various industries.
The non-negative pressure water supply equipment can be directly connected to the municipal water supply network, making full use of the residual pressure of the original network for superimposed water supply. Fully enclosed operation does not require the construction of a domestic water tank, eliminating secondary pollution. Intelligent variable frequency voltage stabilization, energy-saving, quiet and easy installation, it is the preferred equipment for secondary water supply in high-rise residential buildings and commercial buildings.
Constant pressure water supply equipment is widely used in central air conditioning, floor heating, industrial closed-loop water circulation, and boiler systems. It integrates automatic pressure stabilization, automatic water replenishment, automatic exhaust, pressure relief and buffering functions. It stabilizes the pressure in the pipeline network, eliminates abnormal sounds caused by air blockage, and prevents damage from negative pressure and water shortage in the pipeline. It is an essential supporting equipment for HVAC and circulating water systems.
