5Overview of Ton Reverse Osmosis Project


1. This process plan is compiled based on the actual requirements of the user, ensuring reliable system operation and economic rationality. Iii. Process Description

1Pretreatment: It involves the preliminary treatment of raw water to ensure the water quality meets the requirements, reduce and delay membrane fouling, and extend its service life. The main targets of its treatment are microorganisms, colloids, organic matter, heavy metal ions, solid particles, and free chlorine in the feed water. To meet the feed water requirements of the reverse osmosis device and ensure its long-term stable operation.

It consists of a sand filter, a carbon filter, a water softener and a security filter.


Sand filter: It filters out sediment, impurities, suspended solids in water and reduces the quality of raw waterSDI(Pollution index density)Value.

3Quartz sand filter

The interior is filled with carefully selected acid-washed quartz sand. When water passes through the filter layer, some solid suspended substances in the water enter the upper layer of the filter material to form small holes, and are intercepted by the surface layer of the filter material due to mechanical retention.
