In the laboratories of the electronics industry, experiments are always conducted to obtain results. This process requires pure water, and the water quality standard of this pure water is very high. Generally, the electronic ultrapure water process system is usually composed of pretreatment, reverse osmosis and ultrapure post-treatment processes. When these three small processes are combined, pure water that meets the corresponding test standards can be produced. The raw water pretreatment system is typically composed of polypropylene fiber (PP) filters and activated carbon (AC) filters. For raw water with higher hardness, a softening resin filter also needs to be installed. The PP filter element can remove mechanical particle impurities larger than 5μm, rust and large colloidal substances and other contaminants in the raw water, protecting the subsequent filters. Its features are large dirt-holding capacity and low price. The AC activated carbon filter core can adsorb residual chlorine and some of it in the raw water
